Why I am not able to see all my numbers in Mojot A1?

The reason is different access privileges for the mobile app. In this event, you will need Master privileges.

To get Master privileges for your natural entities user profile, please enter the password stated in your Service Agreement in the field "My Profile" via the Mojot A1 web portal.

Master privileges – this profile allows you to overview and administer all your functionalities for your phone number, as well as to get overview of the realized traffic for all numbers/lines on your subscription service agreement.
