What does the prepaid SIM card include?

Additionally, at A1 retail stores, you can select the A1 Duo SIM package—priced at 599 denars—which includes two prepaid SIM cards. The SIM cards in the Duo package offer the same benefits as individual SIM cards.

Purchasing and registering the A1 prepaid eSIM is a completely online, quick, and simple process that does not require visiting a store.
*After scanning the QR code, only an initial call is required for activation.

Unlimited talks to A1 network in the first week of activation and 49 MKD credit to use any way you want. You can use the credit on the A1 Prepaid SIM cards anyway you want.

The 22GB bundle (20GB of domestic data and 2GB of data for use in Serbia, Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina) is valid for the first week following SIM card activation, after which it renews as a monthly 22GB package for 399 denars.

You may check your credit state:

Through USSD short codes: *101#, upon which you will receive a message detailing the state and the date of expiration, or,
Through the Prepaid menu: dial 1770 and press 1 to hear the amount of unused credit, as well as the date of expiration of your credit.

IMPORTANT! Before starting the eSIM activation, your device/mobile phone must be connected to the internet via a Wi-Fi network, as mobile data will not be available until the activation is completed.

Scan the QR code sent to your email address by A1
Follow the on-screen instructions on your device

Android:

Open Settings
Select Network & Internet or Connections (depending on the device model)

Select Add eSIM
Select Use QR Code
Scan the QR code sent to your email address by A1
Follow the on-screen instructions on your device

After successful activation, the eSIM will be added to your device and ready to use for A1 mobile services.
