The service is available to all A1 postpaid mobile customers (individuals and legal entities) with a 24-month agreement.

Screen insurance can be activated at the time of device purchase at any A1 retail store.

There is no contract obligation — the service can be canceled at any time.

To unlock an iPhone, a one-time fee of 3,000 MKD applies, billed on your next invoice.
