A1 Macedonia, in cooperation with Triglav Osiguruvanje, offers you the Extended Warranty service, consisting of additional 24-month warranty for the devices bought at A1, which becomes valid right after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired.

The monthly subscription fee for the Extended Warranty service depends on the price of the device, as follows:
- 59 den./month, for devices up to 30,000 denars; VAT inclusive
- 99 den./month, for devices from 30,000 denars to 60,000 denars; VAT inclusive
- 149 den./month, , for devices above 60,000 denars; VAT inclusive

To whom the service is available
The service is available to all private and business postpaid mobile and fixed services customers having bought a device at any A1 store. The monthly subscription fee for the service is included in the monthly bill issued for A1 services.
The Extended Warranty service can be activated upon device purchasing or within 30 days as of the purchase, at the latest.
The Extended Warranty service covers everything covered by manufacturer’s warranty, including manufacturing defects, material defects and manufacturing errors.
