What’s A1 Net Sef?
A1 Net Sef is your personal internet safe to store your internet, which can be exchanged for roaming internet data, streaming service, budget for buying new device or for other bundles of your choice, without any additional costs.
You can also use the internet data saved in A1 Net Sef when you have used up the monthly internet data included in your respective tariff plan.
You can check the balance of your A1 Net Sef and make exchanges of your choice at any time via the My A1 app. Bundles can be exchanged or gifted once in a 30-day period.
Give to a friend
A1 Alfa and A1 Senior Plus customers have option of giving their exchange options in A1 Net Sef (roaming, streaming or other bundles) to another A1 Alfa or A1 Senior customer.
A1 Digital Wallet
You can exchange any internet data saved in A1 Net Sef for budget for buying new device, which will be transferred to your A1 Digital Wallet. You can use any accumulated budget for purchasing new device at A1 stores.

1. In the My A1 app, in the “Give to a friend” tab, the customer should select the bundle they wish to give to a friend, and next, they can exchange the gigabytes stored in their A1 Net Sef.
2. Once they select the bundle, the customer should enter the phone number of the customer they would like to give the selected bundle to.
3. Once the gift is sent successfully, receiving customer will be sent a SMS, while the sending customer will receive a notification in the My A1 app.
4. The receiving customer will be able to use the gift once it appears in their active bundle list in the My A1 app.
5. To be able to get the gift, the customer must not have activated the same bundle previously and they need to have an active customer status.
6. The sending customer will not be able to activate the same bundle throughout the activity period of the bundle they have gifted.

The bundle includes 20GB internet data in roaming and is valid for 30 days as of the activation; after the expiry of the validity period, the bundle is automatically deactivated. The bundle can be used in 33 countries/carriers .
3GB roaming internet
The bundle includes 3GB internet data in roaming and is valid for 30 days as of the activation; after the expiry of the validity period, the bundle is automatically deactivated. The bundle can be used in 33 countries/carriers.
1GB roaming internet
The bundle includes 1GB internet data in roaming and is valid for 30 days as of the activation; after the expiry of the validity period, the bundle is automatically deactivated. The bundle can be used in 50 countries/carriers.
100 minutes to networks abroad
The bundle features 100 minutes for talks to foreign networks. The bundle may be used within 30 days as of the date of activation; after the expiry, the bundle is automatically deactivated.
A1 Xplore TV
This bundle allows you to use the interactive TV service via the A1 Xplore TV app within 30 days as of the date of service activation.
Netflix Basic
The streaming service allows you to watch Netflix within 30 days as of the date of service exchange.
SkyShowtime Standard
The streaming service allows you to watch SkyShowtime within 30 days as of the date of service exchange.
FilmBox+
The streaming service allows you to watch FilmBox+ within 30 days as of the date of service exchange.
Gley
The streaming service allows you to watch Gley within 30 days as of the date of service exchange.
Boksy
The streaming service allows you to watch FilmBox+ within 30 days as of the date of service exchange.
Net Protect
This service allows you to use A1 Net Protect with duration of 30 days as of the date of service activation. A1 Net Protect does not function when using mobile data on Wi-Fi.
