A1 Macedonia in cooperation with ORYX Assistance, offers you the Home Assistance service, consisting of technical assistance in the event of an emergency related to malfunctions occurring in your home. The service is available to all A1 postpaid residential customers using mobile and fixed serviced, without any contractual obligations, for the service.

Benefits of the Home Assistance service

Malfunctions covered by the Home Assistance service in your home:

  • Fixing a door lock or opening a door in the event of: stuck/broken key, broken door lock or damaged door lock in the event of a burglary
  • Problems related to closing external doors and windows in the case of: broken or damaged doors or windows or broken or damaged window and door frames
  • Repairing water supply and sewer pipes in the case of: broken pipe, plumbing joint leaks, leaks from central heating system.
  • Repairing electrical installation in the case of: short circuit, damaged cable insulation, damaged electrical connectors etc

Applicable service fee

The Home Assistance service is available for only 99 MKD/month.

The value of service coverage is 13.000 MKD/year, with an option to use service benefits 3 times a year at the most.
