Job Purpose

The aim of A1 Makedonija is connecting people, places and things, providing solutions that enrich life in the digital age and delivering a total customer experience. Main responsibility of the Fixed Access Network Operations team is delivering premium customer experience on field. As a Senior Field Technician, you play an important role in achieving our mission: Empowering Digital Life.

What you do

• Installation of new services (fiber, docsys, lan)
• Trouble ticket resolution (fiber, docsys, lan)
• Provide service and customer support during field visits
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Coaching and mentoring diverse team of technicians

What you offer

• Build positive relationships with customers
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Familiarity with tools and applications
• Valid driver’s license, category B
• Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
• Ability to work self-managed as well as part of the team

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
