The both subscribers (the previous and the new subscriber) need to be present at the store.

The new subscriber should present documentation applicable to any new postpaid subscriber:

• valid stamp of the legal entity;
• consent for creditworthiness (consent to file a report from the Macedonian Credit Bureau AD Skopje).
• bank statement issued 1 (one) month ago at the latest;
• valid personal identification document (personal ID card of the signatory, who can be a legal representative, employee or any third party authorized based on a notarized power of attorney);
• if the applicant also requests service requiring equipment installation, the documents filed should also contain document confirming installation address.
• to verify installation address, a valid document is required as a proof of property possession – lease contract, sale and purchase contract, property deed.

The previous subscriber is required to provide:

• personal ID card or passport of the person having signed the previous service agreement;
• valid stamp of the legal entity.
