Internet speed depends on the network coverage of the operator in the country you are visiting, as well as the network mode on your device.

You can check your network mode in your phone under: Settings → Mobile Network → Network mode/type, and set it to 2G/3G/4G.

Roaming is a basic service that is activated/enabled by the operator, unless otherwise requested.
Roaming services are the same as those used at home – calls, mobile internet, SMS, and MMS.

You can check whether roaming is active via the „Mojot A1“ app (mobile version) under the „Packages“ section.

You can download the „Mojot A1“ mobile app for free on your mobile device/tablet from

• Google Play;
• App Store; or
• Huawei AppGallery.

Roaming internet is a basic option that is active/enabled when the subscriber number is activated.
Free activation and deactivation of the „Internet while roaming“ service can be done via the „Mojot A1“ app.

For full control over roaming costs, you can activate a mobile internet roaming package.

Turn airplane mode on and off, disable mobile data and roaming internet. Turn off your device, remove the SIM card, and turn the device back on. Set the network mode to 2G/3G/4G, then manually search for a network.

Also test the SIM card in another mobile device to see if the issue persists.

• by sending an SMS with the text STOP INTERNET to 140 050;
• via A1 Guru Slavcho;
• through the „Mojot A1“ app under „Packages“ - „Blocks“; or
• via the voice menu by calling 077 1234 and following the steps

• via A1 Guru Slavcho;
