The internet speed depends on the network coverage of the operator in the country you are visiting, as well as on the network mode in your device.
You can check your network mode on your phone by going to Settings > Mobile Network > Network mode/type and set it to 2G/3G/4G.
Roaming is a basic service that is activated/enabled by the operator unless otherwise requested. Roaming services are the same as those you use at home – calls, mobile internet, SMS, and MMS.
You can check if the roaming service is active through the „Mojot A1“ mobile application under the “Packages” section.

Internet roaming is a basic option that is active/enabled when the subscription number is activated. Free activation and deactivation of the „Internet Roaming“ service can be done through the „Mojot A1“ application.
For full control over roaming costs, you can activate a mobile internet roaming package.

Turn airplane mode on and off, disable mobile data and internet roaming. Switch off your device, remove the SIM card, and then turn the device back on. Set the network mode to 2G/3G/4G and then manually search for the network.
Also, test the SIM card in another mobile device to see if the issue persists.

If you receive a notification that you have reached 1,000 MKD including VAT for internet used in roaming, without discounts included, and access to the internet roaming service has been stopped, this means that if you are not using a roaming internet package, the internet usage in roaming has been charged at regular rates according to the operator in the country you were connected to.
If you reply to the message with the text START ROAMING to 140999, you agree to continue using the internet roaming service at regular rates.
If you receive a notification that you have reached 1,000 MKD including VAT for internet used in roaming, without discounts included, and access to the internet roaming service has been stopped, and you are using a roaming internet package, set your device to manual network selection, choose the operator for which the package is active, and then reply with START INTERNET to 140362 to continue using the internet roaming service.

Pay your bill without logging into the Mojot A1 service by entering the number of the invoice you wish to pay.
Enter the amount you wish to top up. Please enter an amount between 100 and 1000 MKD.
