You can place an online order for a device by following these steps:
- In the “Devices” section of the main menu, you’ll find all devices available for purchase through A1 Macedonia.
- Select one of the options under Device Type (e.g., phones), and a catalog with all available devices will open.
- Choose the device you want to purchase and check if it is available online.
- On the right side, click the “Change tariff” button to select your desired tariff, or choose the “Device only” option.
- If the device is available online, the “Order” button will appear on the right.
- After clicking “Order”, if you selected a tariff, you’ll proceed through the online ordering steps, where you can choose whether to: sign a new contract, renew an existing contract, switch from A1 Prepaid to A1 Postpaid, or transfer a number from another operator to A1.
- If you selected device only, you’ll be directed to a step where you need to fill out a form with your personal information.
- If payment is required, after successfully entering your information, you’ll be redirected to the payment service.
Within 24 hours, a sales agent will contact you to confirm the order details.
All devices, including those part of online promotions (with discounts or gifts), are listed in the A1 E-Shop device catalog.
Devices with online discounts are clearly marked, and you can also find them by clicking the „Online Discount“ button located above the devices on the left side.
If the phone you want is not available online, click the „Notify Me“ button and leave your contact details. An A1 agent will contact you as soon as the device becomes available online again.
Any legally competent individual citizen of the Republic of North Macedonia with permanent residence in the country, as well as authorized representatives of legal entities with a registered office in North Macedonia, can purchase products and services via A1.mk.
Yes, for all devices available through the online store, there is an option to pay in monthly installments via your A1 bill.
After successfully completing your online order, a confirmation screen will appear.
You will also receive a confirmation email with all the details about the selected device, price, contact information, delivery details, and a unique order ID.
Online store customers have exclusive privileges to purchase selected devices at promotional prices that are only valid if the order is placed through the A1 Macedonia website. These offers are not available through other sales channels.
Delivery times vary depending on the type of service ordered via the A1 website.
For mobile contracts and devices, the courier will contact the customer within 2 business days from the payment date to arrange the exact delivery date and time. Delivery will not exceed 72 hours from the moment of contact.
If you placed an online order but haven’t been contacted yet, please call the A1 Contact Center at 077 1234 to check the status of your order.
Possible reasons include:
- The guaranteed contact time has not yet passed;
- Incorrect user data was entered, and the order was rejected as invalid;
- A technical issue prevented the order status from updating (the reason will be clarified by our agents).
If you are an existing A1 customer and need a new device, you can get one at any time, regardless of your current contractual obligation. This applies to certain types of devices.
Additionally, the option to get a new device when renewing or signing a new 24-month contract remains valid.
The A1 Live Shop virtual store allows you to speak with an A1 sales agent live via video streaming, wherever you are, and get detailed information about all our products and services.
In contrast, the A1 online store (E-Shop) allows you to independently choose the best offer for you and complete the purchase without contacting an A1 sales agent.
Yes, you can buy a device in installments via A1 Live Shop, provided the selected device is currently available for installment purchase. The list of available devices for installment purchase is subject to change.
You can order your new device via A1 Live Shop. Click „Start Chat“ and enter your contact number so an A1 agent can reach out to you.
The sales agent will explain everything you need to know about A1 services and show you the devices live.
You can buy a device in installments in two ways:
- By signing a new or renewed A1 contract and using your A1 budget according to the selected tariff; or
- As an existing A1 postpaid user, you can buy a new device in installments without signing or renewing a contract. This option is available at any time during the contract period, even if your A1 budget is partially or fully used.
