An e-bill is a way to receive your monthly bill exclusively in electronic format.
Once activated, your printed bill will no longer be sent to your home address — instead, it will be delivered to your email inbox.
The E-Bill service is available to all private and business customers, regardless of their tariff plan.
If your e-bill is active but not appearing in your inbox, please check your Junk, Spam, or Other folders.
Mark the message from A1-noreply@A1.mk as „Not Spam“ to ensure future delivery to your inbox.
The greatest benefit of activating the e-bill is the reduction in paper usage, which directly contributes to environmental protection.
By activating the e-bill service, you gain access to your monthly bill information at any time. Your bill cannot be lost, and delivery delays are eliminated.
