Channel rescan can be done as follows:

Choose “Menu" on your set-top box remote control, and then select "Settings”. Select “Technical settings” and then press “channel search" and select "OK" on "Start searching".

This will initiate channel searching. Please wait for the searching to be complete and you will be prompted on the number of channels found. Then, press the "OK” button twice.

STRONG STB set-top box (black)

Channel search is performed as follows:

Please press “Menu" on your set-top box remote control, and then select "Channels" and click on the "Search" option and conform by pressing "OK". This will initiate channel searching. Please wait for the searching to be complete and you will be prompted on the number of channels found.

Choose “Menu" on your set-top box remote control, and then select "Configuration”. Press “Channel Installation” and then press “OK” to enter the PIN code 1234 (please note that this is an initial PIN code). Next, select "Screen Auto Adjust" and click “OK” to initiate search. Please wait for the searching to be complete and you will be prompted on the number of channels found. Next, select "OK" in the "Save" option.
