The A1 TV service includes two viewer profiles: Family and Parent:
- Family – This is the standard viewer profile where the 'Parental Control' service is enabled, protecting children and minors from inappropriate TV and video content by requiring a PIN to view certain content. To view all TV and video content without a PIN (except erotic content), the parental control level must be set to 18.
- Parent – This profile allows access to all TV and video content (including erotic) without requiring a PIN. This profile remains active until the Family profile is selected again or until the digital receiver is turned off.
The 'Recording' service allows recording of past and future TV content, as well as content currently being broadcast live.
The service is available on channels listed in the TV schedule and program guides marked with the symbol of a circle within a circle.
Recorded content is available for viewing for 20 days from the date of live broadcast, after which it is automatically deleted.
All recorded content is located in 'My Collection' and can be viewed on all registered devices. However, on smartphones, tablets, and computers, only recordings from TV channels available on those devices can be viewed.

If you are experiencing login issues with the A1 Xplore TV mobile app on Huawei or Xiaomi devices, please follow these steps:
- If you are using the app via mobile internet, switch to a WiFi network and try logging in again.
- Go to Settings - SIM cards & Mobile Networks - select the SIM card you want to configure (SIM 1 or SIM 2) - Access Point Names. The Proxy field should be empty. If it contains any data, delete it and save the changes.
Network error/App not working – If one of these messages appears on your TV, unplug the TV receiver and plug it back in. If the issue persists, contact the A1 Contact Center at 077 1234.
HDMI-HDCP error – RIf this message appears on your TV, unplug and replug the HDMI cable. If the issue is not resolved or reappears, change the resolution on the receiver to one supported by your TV. After changing it, unplug and replug the receiver to save the change. If the error persists, contact the A1 Contact Center.
Blue/Black screen – If a blue or black screen appears on your TV, unplug and replug the receiver. If the issue is not resolved, contact the A1 Contact Center at 077 1234.
