In order to use mobile internet, adjustments need to be made to your mobile device depending on the operating system.
If you are using the Android operating system, you can access the appropriate settings by sending an SMS with the text “Sett” to the number 1445, or manually as follows:
Go to Settings - Connections - Mobile Networks - Access Point Names.
Tap Add in the top right corner.
In the fields Name, APN, Username, and Password, enter: internet.
The other fields do not need to be configured and should remain empty.
In the top right corner, tap the three dots and select the “Save” option, which will save the settings and return you to the APNs field.
If you are using the iOS operating system, the manual settings are as follows:
Go to Settings - Mobile Data - Mobile Data Network - Access Point Names.
In the fields APN, Username, and Password, enter: internet.
The settings will be saved once you return to Mobile Data in the top left corner.
If you wish to use the Hotspot option, please also fill in the fields in the “Personal Hotspot” submenu.
The applications installed on your phone, their usage and updates consume the included internet.
The “Data usage” option allows you to check which applications on your phone are consuming the most internet.
If you are using a WiFi connection, in case of a weak WiFi signal, internet traffic will switch to Mobile Data and will be charged according to the applicable tariff model. Therefore, it is always advisable to turn off Mobile Data when using WiFi.
We recommend that the Tethering option (mobile data sharing, hotspot) be turned off when not in use.
It is also recommended to disable automatic updates of the phone’s operating system until you are connected to WiFi.
Access the messaging options and check the MESSAGE CENTER NUMBER. It should be set to +38977000301.
If you are using the Android operating system and the above number is already entered, delete it and re-enter it, then dial the code #35000016# and restart your mobile phone.
If you are using the iOS operating system, please dial the code #50057672#0038977000301# and restart your mobile phone.
