Go to the S/N value; the parameter should be between 24 and 27. If the value is lower, adjust the antenna so the value increases to the desired level.
Next, go to the second option, BER. The value should be between 0 and 100, but it may vary up to 2000. If this value is higher, you will experience difficulties with signal reception. This can be resolved by adjusting your external antenna.
The next fields are Signal Strength and Signal Quality, both of which should ideally display a value of 100.

To check the signal on the STRONG receiver, select a specific TV channel and press the “i” button on the digital receiver remote control twice. This will display the S/N value, which should be between 24 and 27, while the BER value should be up to 100.
If these parameters are higher, we recommend adjusting your external antenna until you reach the appropriate value.

To check the signal on the KAON receiver, select “Menu” on the digital receiver remote control, press “Configuration,” and then choose “System Information.” Press “Diagnostics” and select “Channel Status.”
Here you will find two options that display the signal:
- Signal Level
- Signal Quality
Both of these should be fully filled for optimal signal reception. The less filled the line is for each parameter, the higher the chance of experiencing signal reception difficulties. In such a case, please adjust your external antenna to achieve better signal reception.
For quality signal reception, it is essential to connect an external antenna directed toward the nearest TV transmitter.
Check that the SCART cable is firmly connected to both the digital receiver and your TV. If there is still a problem, disconnect and reconnect the SCART cable on both ends.
If the issue persists, remove the SCART cable from its current port on the receiver and insert it into the other output port labeled AUX. Note: sound adjustment commands such as volume control will then need to be performed directly on your TV's remote.
The same procedure applies to color reception issues: reseat the SCART cable on both ends or try a different SCART cable if the problem continues.
