With the introduction of the Western Balkans Roaming Regulation, starting from July 1, 2021, A1 mobile service users can use roaming under special preferential conditions, in accordance with the agreement signed between the WB6 countries.
A1 Macedonia fully enables its users to benefit from the agreed roaming conditions in the Western Balkans countries — Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The amount of mobile internet available to you in the Western Balkans depends on your monthly subscription plan and package.

You can check the available roaming internet volume by tariff or package at the following links:

• Internet in Roaming – Included in Postpaid Tariffs
• Internet in Roaming – Included in Packages 

For A1 Prepaid users, incoming calls are not charged while in any Western Balkans country.
Additionally, outgoing calls are also free of charge.

If you want to use mobile internet, outgoing calls, or SMS, the prices are as follows:

• Mobile internet: MKD 5.9 per MB
• Outgoing calls: MKD 5.9 per minute
• SMS messages: MKD 3.9 per SMS

Activate the A1 Roam Surf Balkan package and surf worry-free in the Western Balkans — Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
These packages are available to all A1 Postpaid and A1 Prepaid users, and are valid on all networks.
