Postpaid users can submit a request to postpone bill payment through the „Mojot A1“ mobile app: „Bills“ > „Postpone Payment“
Depending on the rules for using and activating this option, the user will receive an immediate response in the app indicating whether the request has been approved.
This option is only available if the logged-in user has an outstanding balance. If there is no outstanding balance, the option will not be visible.
The request option is available to users with Advanced or Master profile privileges.
This is due to different access privileges within the app. In this case, you need to have Master privileges.
Master privileges for private users can be obtained by entering the password from your A1 contract in the “My Profile” section of the „Mojot A1“ web portal.
Master Profile – This profile allows full access and management of all functionalities for your number, including usage overview for all numbers/lines under your subscription contract.
