„Mojot A1“ is a digital channel that allows A1 service users to access, via mobile device (phone, tablet) or web platform:
- their subscription details;
- usage history;
- A1 bill overview;
- unbilled charges for mobile, fixed telephony, and fixed services; and
- activation/deactivation of specific services for a particular subscription line.
Through the app, postpaid users can pay their bills, while prepaid users can top up their credit — anytime, from anywhere.
The data available through the app is informative only and does not replace the official monthly bill sent to the user.

You can log in to the „Mojot A1“ mobile app using:
- username and password;
- email address;
- Quick Login (works only if mobile internet is enabled and Wi-Fi is turned off); or
- phone number and code.

If you are using fixed services, you will be able to create a username in the „Mojot A1“ mobile application, with verification carried out through the mobile contact number you have provided to A1. A valid mobile contact number is a requirement for registration.
Procedure for creating a username:
Select the type of services you are using:
-
Mobile and convergent (choose the “Mobile” field if you have at least one A1 mobile postpaid number); or
-
Fixed services (choose this field if you only have fixed services from A1).
If you select “Fixed services,” you need to enter the fixed number through which you wish to create a username.
You will receive an SMS message containing a security code on your registered mobile contact number. If you do not have a valid contact number registered, you will need to call our Contact Center at 0771234 to update your information.
Once you enter the correct security code, you can proceed to the next page to create your username.
If you do not have a valid mobile contact number, or if you have only a fixed contact number, you will be referred to the Contact Center to update your information (which means that, after standard verification, you will need to provide a mobile contact number so that a username can be created).
If a username already exists for that fixed line, you will be offered the option to log in with the existing username, with a new password being sent via SMS to your registered mobile contact number.
When launching the „Mojot A1“ mobile application, you need to log in using one of the following methods:
- Registration if you do not have an existing profile:
If you do not have an existing profile, you must register with your A1 mobile postpaid number. An SMS code will be sent to the entered mobile number, which you need to input in the designated field. A new page will then open where you must fill in your first name, last name, email address, and login password in order to continue.
A verification code will be sent to the provided email address. Registration can be completed either via the mobile application or through the „Mojot A1“ portal on our website. - Login with an existing username and password:
If you already have a username and password created through the mobile application or the „Mojot A1“ portal, you should use your existing username for every login to the application.
Alternatively, you may log in using your mobile number. By selecting the “Login with number” option, you will receive an SMS message containing a code that grants access to the application menu. Please note that logging in with only a subscription number provides access to a limited set of functionalities within „Mojot A1“. - Quick Login (automatic temporary login):
The third option for logging into „Mojot A1“ is the automatic “Quick Login,” without the need for codes or usernames. All you need to do is select “Quick Login” from the application’s initial login screen. With Quick Login, you are logged in temporarily, with the same privileges as “Login with number.”
For Quick Login to work, you must open the application on your phone via mobile internet and remove any proxy settings in your internet configuration. This means:
- If you are a postpaid residential customer, you will have Advanced privileges.
- If you are a postpaid business customer, you will have Basic privileges.
- If you are a prepaid customer, you will have the same privileges as with the standard prepaid login option.
The „Mojot A1“ app can be downloaded for free from Google Play, App Store, or Huawei AppGallery on your mobile device or tablet, and all functionalities within the app are free to use.
When activating/purchasing additional packages or services through the app, you will see the price of the selected package or service and confirm the activation.
Once successfully activated, the price will be included in your monthly bill.
If you are a prepaid user, the charge for activating additional packages and services is made at the moment of activation, and the amount is deducted from your available credit.
The „Mojot A1“ mobile app is available to all A1 service users.
Click the link “Register with email address.”
Enter your mobile or fixed phone number.
If you enter a mobile number, you will receive an SMS code to enter in the designated field.
If you enter a fixed number, the code will be sent to the contact number listed in your contract.
After entering the SMS code, a new page will open where you can enter the password from your subscription contract for the corresponding number.
This field is optional, but if left blank, you will have limited privileges and won’t be able to access all services under your subscription.
If you have multiple services under the same contract, it is recommended to enter the password to gain Master privileges.
If you don’t know the password, please contact the A1 Contact Center at 077 1234.
If the code verification is successful, a new page will open where you must enter your first name, last name, email address, and login password to continue.
A verification code will be sent to the provided email address.
The email will come from mojota1@a1.mk with the subject: „Mojot A1“ – registration code for user profile.
Enter the correct code from the email to complete the registration and receive a confirmation notification.
Enter your email and password, then click “Log in.”
You can choose to stay logged in by enabling “Remember me”, or log in temporarily by disabling it.
If you’ve previously created a username, selecting “Register with email address” will show a list of usernames already created for the number you’re logging in from.
You can select the existing username and click “Select” to link it with your email address.
You’ll need to verify the email address using the code sent to it.
Once you log in through the „Mojot A1“ mobile application, you can change your password in the following way – select the “My Profile” section from the menu on the left side, then choose “Change Password”. After entering the new password, select the “Save” option.
Alternatively, you can change your password from your user profile in the mobile application by following these steps:
More → My Profile → Password & Security → Change Password → Enter current password → Enter new password and confirm.
By clicking the “Save” button, the password for the logged-in user profile will be successfully updated.
You can also change your password via the „Mojot A1“ web platform under My Profile → Change Password.
If you are unable to log in to the mobile application because you have forgotten your password, go to the “Forgot Password” field on the application’s home page. Enter your mobile or fixed phone number, and an SMS code will be sent to your mobile number. If you enter a fixed number, the code will be sent to the contact number registered in your contract. After entering the correct code, if you have not yet registered with an email, in the next step you will be required to provide an active email address and verify it. If you already have a registered email, you will receive a notification that the password has been successfully changed, and the new password will be sent to you via SMS.
Once you receive the new password, you can log in with your username/email and the new password. After logging into the application, you can change your password again through the application menu if desired.
