User support

A voice or internet package can be activated:

• by calling the voice menu at 1414;
• by calling 0771234 and selecting option 0; or
• via the „Mojot A1“ app (mobile or web version) under the section “Packages or Additional packages and services.”

If your account has sufficient credit for reactivation of the package, it will be automatically renewed depending on its validity (1 day, 7 days, or 30 days), unless the package was previously deactivated.

You can download the „Mojot A1“ mobile app for free on your mobile device/tablet from:

• Google Play;
• App Store; or
• Huawei AppGallery.

The SOS Credit service allows you to use 30 denars at the moment you need it.

The amount will be charged from your next top-up, in total 35 denars (30 denars for the SOS Credit and 5 denars for the SOS message).

Send an SMS with the content „SOS“ to the number 144 333.

You can use the service if you meet the following conditions:

• you have at least 2 separate top-ups (of any amount) in the last 3 months;
• you have no more than 5 denars on your account; and
• if a previous SOS Credit has been used, it must be paid.

To receive notifications about your account balance after each completed call, enter the following code on your phone: *102# and press the call button.
To deactivate the same service, use the following code: #102#.

For existing users, there are two ways to change the language:

• by calling 077 1234 and selecting 4 for language change; or
• by calling 1770, selecting 3 for settings, and then 2 for language change.

New users select the language during their first call to 077 1234.
