If you are a legal entity and wish to sign a subscription agreement for A1 telecommunications services, please visit the nearest A1 shop and provide the following documents:
Request for establishing a subscription relationship with A1;
Consent for creditworthiness check (authorization to obtain a report from the Macedonian Credit Bureau AD Skopje);
Current status extract of the legal entity issued by the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia, not older than one month;
Valid company stamp;
Signature specimen of the company’s bank account issued by the depository bank;
Bank account statement not older than 30 days;
Valid ID card or passport of the person signing the agreement (legal representative, employee, or third party authorized with a notarized power of attorney) – for verification; and
If the requested service includes equipment installation, a valid document confirming the installation address must be submitted (e.g., lease agreement, purchase agreement, or property title deed).
You need to visit the nearest A1 shop location and bring your ID card and a current company registration extract, not older than one month, issued by the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia, as well as a valid company stamp.
You are required to present a valid personal identification document from the signatory of the current contract – this can be the legal representative, an employee, or a third party authorized through a notarized power of attorney. Additionally, a valid company stamp must be provided.
These documents should be submitted to your dedicated business agent or at the nearest A1 store.
Presence of both users (the current and the new) at the point of sale is required.
The new user must provide documentation as for a new postpaid business customer:
A valid company stamp;
Consent for creditworthiness verification (consent for submission of a report from the Macedonian Credit Bureau AD Skopje);
A bank statement not older than one (1) month;
A valid personal identification document (ID card or passport of the person signing the agreement, who may be the legal representative, an employee, or a third party authorized with a notarized power of attorney); and
If the applicant requests a service that requires equipment installation, the submitted documents for activation must also confirm the installation address. To confirm the installation address, a valid ownership document must be provided, such as a lease agreement, sales agreement, or property certificate.
The current user, if a legal entity, must provide:
