User support

To use mobile internet, adjustments need to be made on your mobile device depending on the operating system.

For Android devices:
You can receive the appropriate settings by sending an SMS with the text “Sett” to 1445, or manually as follows:

1. Go to Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → Access Point Names.

2. Tap Add in the upper right corner.

3. In the fields Name, APN, Username, and Password enter internet.

4. Other fields do not need to be adjusted and should remain empty.

5. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner and select Save. The settings will be saved, and you will return to the APNs list.

For iOS devices:
Manual configuration is as follows:

1. Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Mobile Data Network → Access Point Names.

2. In the fields APN, Username, and Password enter internet.

3. The settings will be saved after you return to Mobile Data in the upper left corner.

If you want to use the Hotspot option, fill in the fields in the Personal Hotspot submenu as well.

Access the messaging options and check the MESSAGE CENTER NUMBER it should be set to +38977000301.

For Android users:
If the above number is already entered, delete it and re-enter the same number. Then, make a call to the code #35000016# and restart your mobile phone.

For iOS users:
Please make a call to the code *#5005*7672#0038977000301# and restart your mobile phone.
