You can become a postpaid customer in several ways:

• By calling our Contact Center at 077 1234;
• By applying online through our official website and selecting the appropriate tariff plan via our „E-Shop“, where you will need to complete the order forms and choose a device;
• By applying online through our „A1 Live Shop“, where you can communicate with our sales agents in real time via the virtual store and obtain detailed information about all our products and services; or
• By visiting the nearest A1 shop and presenting a valid personal identification document (ID card or passport).

If you would like to conclude a subscription agreement for fixed services, you can apply through:

• A call to our Contact Center at 077 1234;

• Our „E-Shop“; or

• Our „A1 Live Shop“ where you can communicate with our sales agents in real time via the virtual store, wherever you are, and receive detailed information about all our products and services.

After your application, a technical verification will be performed to determine the feasibility of installing the requested service package at the specified address. If the technical conditions are met, the subscription agreement will be concluded.

You may also conclude the agreement at the nearest A1 retail store by presenting a valid personal identification document (ID card or passport).

If you are a business customer, please visit the nearest A1 store and provide the following documents:

1. Request to establish a subscription with A1;
2. Consent for creditworthiness check (via Macedonian Credit Bureau);
3. Company registration extract (not older than 1 month);
4. Valid company stamp;
5. Signature specimen from the bank;
6. Bank account statement (not older than 30 days);
7. ID or passport of the authorized signatory (legal representative, employee, or third party with notarized authorization); and
8. If equipment installation is required, proof of ownership or lease for the installation address (e.g. lease agreement, purchase contract, property certificate).

Yes, you can transfer your existing phone number from another operator with the same prefix to A1.
