The current balance provides information about any additional services used outside of your subscription that have been activated during the current month.
This balance is informative only and does not include monthly subscription fees, one-time charges, discounts, or roaming costs.
You can review the issued bills from the last 12 months and the detailed bill (traffic) for bills issued in the last 5 months through the “My A1” application by logging in:
On the „Mojot A1“ mobile application in the „Bills – Bill List“ section (click on the bill for the respective month, which will take you to the „Bill Information“ section) – Detailed Bill; or
On the „Mojot A1“ web portal in the „Bills – Bill Overview“ section.
A detailed bill (in paper form) can be issued at the nearest A1 retail store, upon personal request submitted by the contract holder.
