Yes, you can pay your bill at any A1 store. A one-time fee of 19 MKD (VAT included) is charged per transaction, and it will appear on your next monthly bill.

Yes, in addition to online and in-store payments, you can pay your bill at:
- Post offices (with your A1 bill or using a payment slip)
- Banks (electronically, at the counter, or using a payment slip)
- ATMs of Stopanska Banka or NLB Banka
If paying via payment slip, make sure to:
- Enter one of A1’s transaction accounts (listed on your bill)
- Include your 12-digit account number in the “Reference Number” field — without any additional text

Yes, electronic payment can also be made with a payment card issued by one of the Macedonian commercial banks or with foreign cards issued in 45 countries.
Valid payment cards are: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa.
A requirement for payment is that the card has a three-digit security code (CVV2/CVC2).
Online bill payment with Diners or American Express cards is not possible.

Your 12-digit bill number is required for payments via:
- A1 website; or
- Bank or post office.
You can find it:
- In the email from A1 (if registered for e-billing);
- On your printed or electronic bill (top right corner);
- In the „Mojot A1“ mobile app under „Bills“ select the relevant month;
- In the „Mojot A1“ web portal under „Bills“ column „Account Number“; or
- By sending a free SMS (any content) to 14500 from your A1 mobile number (for individual mobile users only).
