Is there an option to defer bill payment via the Mojot A1 mobile app?

Postpaid customers can file a request for bill payment deferral via the Mojot A1 mobile app in the section “Bills”  -> “Payment deferral”. Depending on the applicable rules to use and activate this option, customers will be sent an answer right away if their request has been approved or not.

The option for bill payment deferral request in the mobile app is available only if the customer logged in has a debt which has become due and payable. If customers do not have a debt that has become due and payable, this option will not be visible.

The option for bill payment deferral is available for profile owning Advanced and Master privileges.
