To be able to use mobile data while abroad, first you need to make certain adjustments to your phone.

If you own an Android OS phone, please make the following adjustments:

• Go to Settings – More – Mobile Networks – Access Point Names;
• Press the symbol "+" placed in the upper right corner;
• Press “Name” and enter “A1 Makedonija";
• In the APN field, enter “internet”.

Other fields do not need any settings, they should remain blank.

In the upper right corner, press on the three dots and select the option “Save”, so the system saves your settings and then, it will return you to the "APNs" field.

If you own an iPhone running on iOS, then please make the following adjustments:

• Press "Settings", "Cellular";
• Then, press "Cellular Data Network" and a pop-up list will appear that you will need to fill in;
• In the upper section of the menu, go to the "Cellular Data" submenu and type in "internet" in the APN field;
• check if the “Data Roaming” option is enabled on your phone.

Please make additional check via the My A1 app to see if there is a roaming ban or roaming data ban active for your number.
