Why I’ve still not received my bill?

If you have activated the electronic bill option and you still haven't received your bill in your inbox, please check the Junk, Spam or Other folders and mark the email sent by A1-noreply@A1.mk as not spam, so you can receive your bills in the inbox folder.

If you still have not received your hardcopy bill, please go to the closest A1 store or call the Contact Center at 077 1234.
