How can I check my current balance?

The current balance of your bill can be checked as follows:

  • via the Mojot A1 mobile app, in the section “Balance";
  • via the Mojot A1 web portal, in the section "My Bills – Overview”;
  • by sending SMS to the number 1278 with the text "SMETKA" (the SMS is free of charge)
  • by calling 1278, instructions are provided in the postpaid menu (the call is free of charge).

Please note that the information on the current balance of your bill is provided only for information purposes and it does not include any monthly subscriptions, one-off charges, discounts or any roaming costs you might have incurred.
