You can find the 12-digit number of your A1 bill as follows:

• in the email sent by A1 (if you have registered to be sent electronic bills);
• on your A1 bill (both electronic and hardcopy).
• in the “Mojot A1” mobile app, in the section "Bills” (when selecting the bill for the corresponding month, in the section "Bill Info”).
• on the “Mojot A1” web app, in the section “Bills” (in the “Bill Number” column);
• by sending free SMS with any text form your phone number to 14500, and you will be sent SMS containing information on bill number (this service is only available to natural persons using mobile lines).
