You can renew your current service agreement and purchase new device as follows:

• By placing online order for purchasing a device

1. 1. In the horizontal menu bar in our webpage www.A1.mk, select "Devices”, then in the submenu select:
      • “Phones” or
      • “Laptops and Tablets”
   2. Select the device of your choice
   3. Select a tariff plan you would like to renew your subscription service agreement for and press "Order".
   4. You will be redirected to the "Order Details" page and you will be asked to select “Service Agreement Renewal"; please read the field in the form carefully.
   5. You will be contacted by our sales agents within 24 hours to determine the details of the order.

• Via the A1 Live Shop Virtual Shop – click on the “Start Conversation" button and enter your contact number, and you will be contacted by our agent right away. The sales agent will appear on your screen, and will explain in real time anything you would like to know regarding our products and will also show any device you might be interested in.
