Prepaid phone top up can be done as follows:

• Via our webpage on the following link www.a1.mk/nadopolni-kredit, the procedure is simple, you will be guided throughout the process;  
• Via the Credit Transfer service by sending free SMS from any A1 postpaid number to 1443 with the text "DOPOLNI", followed by the A1 prepaid number you would like to top up (07X XXX XXX) and the amount XXX of the credit you would like to transfer to the prepaid number (the minimal top up amount is MKD100, and the maximum amount is MKD 300 per single top up). E.g.: To top up MKD 300 to the phone number 077123456, the top up SMS should look like as follows: “DOPOLNI 077123456 300”
• Via the My А1 service (mobile application or website) - The menu contains the "Transfer Phone Credit" service, so all you need to do is fill in the required information and press "send". You can top up amounts from MKD 100 to MKD 1,000 using Master, Maestro and Visa payment cards.
• Via A1 e-vouchers available at all A1 stores, dealership stores or tobacco shops – simply, pick any voucher amounting between MKD 100 and MKD 1,000 or visit any of the selling points providing A1 e-voucher top up service.
• Using A1 paper top up vouchers - Vouchers are available in several values: 100, 200, 300, 500 and 1,000 MKD. To enter voucher number, call 1770 via the standard calling menu and press the call button, then press 2 and enter the 14-digit voucher number and confirm by pressing “#” or via the USSD code -> *100# voucher code and press "#" and then press the call button (e.g. *100#12345678912345#).
• Via Tutunska banka and Stopanska banka ATMs - If you are holder of a payment card issued by any bank, all you need to do is follow the easy top up steps provided in the link below and recharge your A1 prepaid phone with an amount between MKD 100 MKD and MKD 1,000.
