A1 Makedonija will deliver the monthly bills to its customers electronically
Skopje, 3rd April 2020 - According to the Decree adopted by the Government as a preventive measure against COVID-19 published in the Official Gazette no.80/2020, the issuance of monthly bills in electronic form in order to reduce the use of paper bills is acceptable. This increases the protection of public health and encourages the use of digital tools by customers, such as using electronic bill and electronic payment from home without direct contact.
A1 Makedonija is informing its customers that monthly bills from now on will be sent electronically.
All private A1 customers who have not yet activated the E-bill service, will receive an SMS notification with active link where they can download their monthly bill free of charge.
Business customers will have their bills sent electronically on their email address, i.e. via the E-bill service. By submitting monthly bills electronically, customers will have immediate and timely access to their bills in PDF format, which contributes to the public health and COVID-19 prevention as well as environmental protection.
Electronic payment of bills is available through the official website www.a1.mk and through the Mojot A1 application, where customers can easily, quickly and safely pay their A1 bills and services, with a payment card at any time. Customers who have already activated the E-bill service will continue to receive their monthly bills in the same manner and format as before.
Upon receipt of electronic bills, customers keep the same rights and obligations as before. If customers still wish to continue receiving their monthly bills in paper form, they need to call the toll-free number 1278 within 10 days of receiving the SMS text message regarding the electronic bill.
