The mobile application Mojot A1 with new functionalities
February 2020 - A1 Makedonija, as a company that constantly works on improving digital customer experience, continuously introduces new functionalities on the mobile application Mojot A1, available on Play Store / App Store
The new version of Mojot A1 provides customers with detailed view of the current status for the current month, as addition to the option that was previously available, to have detailed view of the bills for the last 5 months. In addition to detailed view of the bills, customers also have total overview of the bills for A1 services, for the past 12 months. This way, customers have total control of the expenses, easy and continuous access to important information and simple and fast management of their A1 services with the mobile application.
For the purpose of ensuring full customer experience, Mojot A1 enables you to activate e-bill, simply and easily, with the customer entering their email address. After the activation, the customer will receive the next issued bill in electronic form at the email address given in the application instead in hardcopy via regular mail.
By activating e-bill, the customer has immediate and timely access to the bills in PDF format, which also contributes to saving the environment.
With Mojot A1 application customers can pay their bills for A1 services, easily, quickly and securely with a debit or credit card, any time.
By using A1 Makedonija digital services, customers have the opportunity to save their time, at the same time saving the environment.
