A1 Macedonia celebrates the Customer Service Week

As a company guided by the premise of being as close as possible to its customers who are always at the heart of its operations, A1 Macedonia is celebrating the Customer Service Week. On that occasion, today, A1 was a proud host of a group of customers who got the opportunity to learn how the Customer Care Center operates and to meet its employees who provide customer service and respond to customer enquiries on daily basis.

To celebrate the Customer Service Week, the company has organized several events aimed towards educating on and presenting the latest global trends in this area, with a single intention of advancing and intensifying company's communication with its customers. The Customer Services Center is the hub where A1 customers can get answers to any enquiries, to share their opinion, or simply, to get advices for services or products of interest, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Our agents are also available in real time, offering comprehensive information on products and services of the company via the social media. The objective of A1 is to assist its customers and to offer expert advices on using company's products and services.
