10GB mobile internet data and additional free TV channels, for everybody
Since we are all confronted with a rather serious challenge due to the situation with COVID-19, to support our customers in these challenging times and to offer them various contents to cope with the different reality than the one we are all used to, A1 Macedonia offers:
- additional 10GB internet data to all mobile services customers
- 7 movie and children's TV channels, available to all TV services customers, completely free of charge
The mobile data can be activated via the My A1 app, available on Play Store or the App Store, in case you have not installed the app. Postpaid customers can use the internet data within 30 days as of the date of activation, and prepaid customers can use it within 7 days as of the date of activation. The mobile data is available via A1 Macedonia's mobile network and can be activated by 31.03.2020.
All our TV services customers will be able to watch the following excellent movie channels by the end of March, completely free of charge: CinestarTV Premiere 1 and CinestarTV Premiere 2, as well as the children's TV channels Nickelodeon, Nickelodeon Jr, Cartoon Network, Boomerang and Baby TV. Please note that customers using А1 ТV Lite (previously VipTV Lite/BoomTV) will not be able to watch the TV channels Nickelodeon and Nickelodeon Jr, due to the limited capacity of the platform.

How to activate the additional 10GB mobile data bundle
Once you log into the My A1 app, pop-up message will appear to activate the bundle.
If the pop-up message does not appear, please apply the following steps:
- In the menu at the bottom of the app, choose "Packages"
- Choose "Available National Services"
- Activate the "A1 Solidarity - 10GB bundle"
You will be able to use the free data once the bundle appears in the list of active bundles in the app.
