A1 Macedonia introduces “A1 Flexi” – flexible working model

Skopje, September 10, 2019 – A1 Makedonia sets new working standards for its employees and proudly announces the introduction of the flexible work model entitled “A1 Flexi”.

With “A1 Flexi”, A1 Makedonia tears down the boundaries of the traditional working time and place, aiming towards its goal to be an agile company that offers its employees flexible ways to work shaped for a better balance between private time and hours spent at work.
 
The concept offers two categories: Flexi time, which provides flexibility for the arrival and departure time at work and Flexi Place, a concept which allows its employees periodical work from home, or another location.;

“Flexible working is not a new concept on the Macedonian market, but it’s the first time one large company as A1 Makedonia is introducing it in its way of work. “A1 Flexi” is a big step and a challenge for our company, but we believe it ensures a new experience for our employees and facilitate them to make a better balance between private time and the time spent at work,” said Stefan Jovanovski Head of human resources at A1 Makedonia.

The Flexible working time does not change the number of working hours, but it increases employee productivity and helps them balance between private time and working hours.

By introducing “A1 Flexi” the company shows its readiness for organizational evolution through the integration of business and private life, for better employee satisfaction.
