Vip continues to modernize its sales network and announces a new concept of the store in City Trade Center – Skopje, with a completely new interior concept and new approach to sales.
“This store is one, in the chain of the sales network arranged according to the world’s architectural trends for modern commercial buildings. It aims to offer innovative customer experience, following the customer’s habits for increasing the use of digital tools. Customers can get familiar with the products and services, making it easier and simpler for them to make the right choice of products that will enrich their communication on the one hand, and on the other hand make their life easier and more fun.” said Elena Panova, Residential Sales & Marketing Director at Vip.
Additionally, customers get the opportunity to realize electronic bill payment by themselves by simply using the device located in one of the most accessible parts in the store.
The interior renovation in the sales network of Vip, which has 29 stores throughout the country, will continue in the course of this year. So far, the stores in the shopping mall Ramstore – Skopje and Struga are arranged according to this new concept.
