Vip’s rebranding into A1 will bring many surprises for our customers

Vip completed the first quarter this year with remarkable results, as it has in the last ten years in which the growth was above 30 percent, at a time when the sector was registered a decline, says Mislav Galler, Executive Director of Vip.

Vip’s rebranding into A1 is going to be conducted in the course of 2019 and, according to the announcements, it is expected to bring new and excellent service quality for its customers. In the period that follows, the company will focus on new infrastructure investments with the aim of becoming a serious partner to our customers – said Galler from Vienna, the company seat.

“The Macedonian market offers a lot of opportunities for new investments and we are focused on it. There is a rising trend of telecom operators in the country, however, in my opinion, when it comes to operator which would invest in its own infrastructure, I personally think that there is not enough space for that. Such investments are quite serious, and we, as existing operators, invest every year in new infrastructure”, said Galler.

Currently, the company is upgrading its network and is preparing for the next generation i.e. 5G network. These are all serious investments which are fully covered by the telecom companies.

A1 Group CEO, Thomas Arnoldner, said that the company’s rebranding is currently in progress and that it is expected to be completed by the end of the year. There will be no need for our customers to sign new agreements, however, they should expect a lot of surprises.
