When can I get a new device (phone/TV/laptop/smart device)?

If you are currently using a postpaid mobile line and you need new device and your service agreement will expire in three months, you can renew your service agreement for 24 months and get a new device to meet your needs.

You can renew your service agreement based on a valid personal identification document at the closest A1 store, online via our E-Shop at www.a1.mk/e-shop and you will be required to fill out the order form or via our A1 Live Shop: https://www.a1.mk/liveshop.
